🇩🇰 KIRKBI A/S appoints CEO for KIRKBI Climate

KIRKBI A/S, the holding company of the LEGO Group and other companies owned by the Kirk Kristiansen family, has announced the appointment of Anupam Bhargava as the CEO of the newly established KIRKBI Climate. He will officially join the company on 1 February 2025.

KIRKBI Climate consolidates all of KIRKBI’s investments and activities aimed at addressing global climate issues. The company currently manages a robust climate investment portfolio of approximately DKK 8 billion and aspires to invest up to DKK 10 billion over the next five years.

In 2023, the Kirk Kristiansen family completed a generational transition from the 3rd to the 4th generation and outlined a renewed long-term vision. As part of this vision, KIRKBI A/S introduced a new structure aligning its businesses and investments under four core areas: LEGO Holding, KIRKBI Climate, KIRKBI Education, and Financial Investments.
