🇮🇸 ‘A Taste of Land and See’: Celebrating innovation at Iceland Ocean Cluster
Last week, the Iceland Ocean Cluster was filled with excitement as we had the absolute pleasure of hosting Jennifer Bushman and Dana Cowin for a truly remarkable event, “A Taste of Land and Sea.” This occasion was the perfect excuse to gather some of the most exciting blue and green startups and showcase how Iceland has become a hub for innovation and outstanding women entrepreneurs.
The event, held at our Cluster House, brought together a vibrant mix of entrepreneurial talent, delicious products, and inspirational stories. Our lineup of speakers and exhibitors showed how land and sea resources are being used in Iceland for sustainable food production.
We were incredibly honoured to have the President of Iceland, Guðni Thorlacius Jóhannesson, and First Lady Eliza Reid join us for this special day. Their presence underscored the importance of innovation and entrepreneurship in shaping the future of Iceland’s economy and environment.
The day was filled with enlightening presentations and showcases from a diverse array of startups. Each entrepreneur brought a unique perspective and innovative solution to the table, exemplifying the spirit of creativity and determination that drives our community.
