The Arctic is warming faster than any other part of the planet. This has implications for life around the world. The Barents Observer spoke to Freya Sykes – oceanographer at UiT The Arctic University of Norway in Tromsø. In the video, she explains the key facts we need to know about climate change in the North. UiT glaciologist Dr Henry Patton takes us on a quick trip across Greenland, which according to recent studies is losing 30 million tonnes of ice every hour.
