The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency (NDEA) is upgrading the Norwegian Armed Forces’ infrastructure and stations across Norway. Advansia, part of AFRY has as the sole supplier been awarded the framework agreement for construction management.

The project is part of the Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency’s Mime program, with a nationwide scope spanning Norwegian Armed Forces locations. It addresses diverse needs for reconstruction and adaptation, relying on advanced technical expertise and streamlined logistics to ensure effective execution.

The framework agreement is partially funded by NATO and requires full compliance with NATO’s strict security standards.

“We are excited to bring our expertise to this complex and prestigious project. The key to success will be to establish a cohesive team, that builds local trust and ensures a seamless exchange of knowledge across locations,” says Christopher Klepsland, Country Manager AFRY in Norway.

The framework agreement has a duration of seven years and an estimated value for AFRY of SEK 170 million.
