GreenOffshore Tech – Turning good ideas into business
Press release from the Iceland Ocean Cluster
The GreenOffshore Tech program is an innovative initiative aimed at fostering sustainable and environmentally-friendly practices in the offshore industry. This program is designed to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in their efforts to develop and commercialize cutting-edge solutions for green offshore production and transport. The program provides funding and other resources to help turn good ideas into successful businesses. Through a competitive “Call for Proposals,” the program will provide up to EUR 3 million in funding for innovative SME projects. This funding will help support the development of new products, processes, and services that will contribute to a more sustainable offshore industry. The program is also focused on creating new or reconfiguring existing industrial value chains through cross-sectoral and cross-border collaboration and technology transfer. This will help build up an open space for SMEs to share ideas and collaborate on future projects. This collaborative approach will also support regional development, create jobs, and promote growth. The second call for proposals is now open. SMEs that are interested in developing innovative solutions for the green offshore industry are encouraged to apply before March 24th. This is a unique opportunity for SMEs to receive funding and support for their projects and to be a part of a cutting-edge initiative aimed at promoting sustainable practices in the offshore industry.
If you have a passion for creating a more sustainable future, this program might be the perfect opportunity for you. Don’t miss out on the chance to make your ideas a reality.
Soon we will be releasing a prerecorded webinar that will provide an in-depth look at the program, the funding opportunities available, and how you can apply.
