Kipuwex Joins The Entrepreneurship World Cup

Oulu-based Kipuwex is one of the two selected companies to represent Finland at the Entrepreneurship World Cup (EWC) pitching competition in Riyadh.
Kipuwex has developed an IoT device for accurate digital pain management care. The company’s solution measures different physiological parameters of the patient and converts gathered information into pain data, which is then transferred to a Kipuwex mobile application and/or Patient Information Database. The innovation can be used by healthcare professionals and home users to assess pain.
The company will join the competition together with Volare as the only representatives from Finland. The finals will be held on 7-11 March 2023. The companies will compete for the top prizes, such as more than $1 million in cash total for the global winners, $75 million worth of in-kind support for the top 100 global finalists, investment opportunities, and perks from the competition partners.
The Entrepreneurship World Cup is co-hosted by Misk Global Forum, Global Entrepreneurship Network, and The Global Education & Leadership Foundation.
