Monidor receives Digi-HTA recommendation

Monidor Oy, the developer of remote monitoring for IV therapy, has received the Digi-HTA recommendation of use.

The Digi-HTA is a criteria tool for assessing digital healthcare services` suitability for use in healthcare. The evaluation gives information about e.g. effectivity, costs, safety, data security and protection, as well as usability and accessibility of the service. The recommendation supports the clinical decision making.

The recommendation states that: “The Monidor solution is suitable for monitoring the implementation of intravenous fluid therapy and enables remote monitoring. The product facilitates the work of the medical staff and its use can prevent complications of intravenous fluid therapy.”

The Digi-HTA assessments are done by the Finnish Coordination Centre for Health Technology Assessment (FinCCHTA).
