Oulu, Finland/Vorbach, Germany 28 November 2022 – Finnish IMSE pioneer TactoTek and German trim part supplier Novem announced the signing of a license agreement. As a TactoTek licensee, Novem will be able to build innovative and smart 3D surfaces with enhanced functionality and inspire the automotive market with differentiated IMSE-based solutions.

Integrating functionality for outstanding customer experience

Using IMSE technology in the design of vehicle interiors allows us to integrate light and function into surfaces made of wood, fabrics, or high-quality plastics, making them interactive. We have a long-standing partnership with TactoTek, within which we have already worked together on various projects. The licensing agreement is a next step and strengthens our collaboration.”

Expanding the German IMSE ecosystem
