The man that has started the biggest war in Europe since 2WW and introduced a Fascist-like rule in Russia wants compatriots from abroad to join him in his increasingly isolated country.

A new law that was signed by Putin this week offers foreigners with the same worldviews as the autocrat a smooth path towards Russian residency.

According to the legislation, foreigners that are against their home countries’ introduction of “destructive neoliberal ideology” and support so-called “traditional Russian spiritual and moral values” are invited to move to the country.

The newcomers will be given temporary residency without restrictions. Normally, residency in Russia follows a passed language exam and other procedures.

A list of countries that adhere to the “destructive neo-liberal ideology” is under elaboration by the Foreign Ministry, newspaper Kommersant reports

From before Moscow has lists of unfriendly, as well as ‘very unfriendly,’ countries. On the latter are several states, among them Norway.

According to the Kremlin, many foreigners want to relocate to Russia.

“There is a common opinion that few people want to move [to Russia], but only in Kaliningrad Oblast about 10,000 people from the Baltic states and Germany have arrived over the past years,” Valery Fadeev, head of the so-called Presidential Council on Human Rights told Kommersant.
